Features
One system of record for properties, inspections, billing, payments, complaints and the events that connect them.
Every household and establishment gets a unique UIN and a printable QR plate — residential, commercial, institutional or industrial.
Geo-tagged, photo-backed segregation ratings from the field. Non-compliance turns into penalties automatically, by your rules.
Per-ward service charges, taxes and penalties roll into one monthly invoice, payable through your own gateway.
Payment receipts, complaint updates and collection reminders across in-app, push, SMS, WhatsApp and email.
Collections, compliance and complaint SLAs by ward and zone — the numbers a commissioner actually asks for.
Every action emits a standardized event. Wire in Smart City dashboards, IoT weighbridges, GIS and ERP systems.
How it works
The monthly cycle every ward runs — each step feeds the next.
Supervisors register each property in the field; the platform issues its UIN and printable QR plate.
Monthly segregation ratings with photos and GPS. Scores below your threshold raise a penalty for that period.
Invoices generate per period — base fee, penalties, taxes — and residents pay online or at the doorstep.
Live dashboards show collections and compliance by ward, so effort goes where the gaps are.
One platform, three portals
Admins monitor and set policy, supervisors run the field, residents self-serve. Each role sees only what it needs.

From the field
“Ward 07 went from 61% to 94% collection in two quarters. The QR plates ended every argument about which house paid.”
Municipal Commissioner
Coastal municipality, 41 wards
“My supervisors rate segregation on their phones during the morning round. Penalties apply themselves — nobody negotiates at the door any more.”
Sanitation Officer
Smart city SPV
“Residents pay from the QR on their gate, and complaints arrive with photos and a ticket number. Our office queue simply disappeared.”

FAQ
When a supervisor registers a property, the platform generates a globally-unique UIN and a QR payload. Print the plate once — scanning it opens that property's page for payments and complaints.
Yes. Service charges are set per property, and each organization configures its own tax percentage, convenience fee and penalty policy (threshold rating and percentage) — no code changes needed.
Estimated wet, dry and other waste are captured at registration. Anything above 100 kg per day is classified a Bulk Waste Generator and picks up the BWG obligations and billing automatically.
Razorpay out of the box, with a provider model that extends to Stripe, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI and custom gateways. Each organization connects its own account and the credentials are encrypted at rest.
Fully. Every municipality, township or society runs an isolated workspace — its own properties, rules, team and data — on shared infrastructure, with tenant scoping enforced in the data layer.
Every domain action emits a standardized event with webhook delivery, retries and dead-lettering. There's also a REST API with scoped, revocable API keys for inbound integrations.
Set up your organization, seed your zones and wards, and start collecting — onboarding takes minutes, not procurement cycles.
